Regulatory Compliance & Self-Assessment against National Quality Standards
Using a range of bespoke self assessment tools, we can work with you and your team to self assess against National Standards and develop improvement plans to enable your service to become compliant with specific Regulations and Standards. We can undertake risk assessments with you on the areas of non-compliance so that the identified risks are managed within these improvement plans.

​Clinical Governance Framework
​We will assist Healthcare Providers in developing their Clinical Governance Framework by reviewing what is currently in place and providing practical solutions. We can work with your team to examine your Management Team committee and Quality & Patient Safety Committee arrangements, risk and incident management, auditing systems and processes to assess the quality and safety of care being delivered; thus achieving a higher standard of safe, quality healthcare.
