Georgina founded QPS Ltd. in 2020 after working in the HSE for almost 30 years in Quality and Patient Safety at a National and Regional level. She has vast experience in preparing Acute Hospitals, Older Persons Services and Disability Services for HIQA inspections. She also supported Mental Health Services to become compliant with the Judgement Support Framework for Mental Health Commission inspections. She is an Associate consultant to the Health and Social Care Leadership Centre (Northern Ireland). 

Bridget joined QPS Ltd in 2022 having worked in the HSE for over 30 years in Hospital Management, Change Management and Senior Nursing roles. During her time as General Manager in the National Ambulance Service she collaborated with the cross border organisation (CAWT) introducing the Community Paramedic role into Ireland. She is an Associate lecturer with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) and is a Board Member of Sage Advocacy, Ireland.

Leo joined QPS Ltd in 2025.  He has held  senior leadership , strategic and  operational management  roles  across the health sector. He has extensive experience in service planning and delivery and the development of Governance , policy and strategy in disability, mental health, traveller health, and North/South Collaboration . He is an Associate consultant to the Health and Social Care Leadership Centre (NI). Leo is passionate about supporting leaders ,teams and individuals with their own development and is a qualified Executive Coach.
